Our pricing is dependent on a variety of factors. These include and are not limited to: room & lavatory count, square footage, and time requested.

- Regular Cleaning:
- Common Areas/ Bedrooms: mirrors cleaned, dusting where accessible(flat surfaces, vents, baseboards, etc.), vacuuming and mopping hard-surface floors, trash removal to outdoor cans
- Kitchen: sinks cleaned and disinfected, wiped counter tops, dinning tables, exterior stove, oven, microwave oven and fridge, floors vacuumed and mopped
- Bathroom: mirrors and fixtures sanitized, cleaning and sanitizing of the sink, shower, tub and lavatory; rugs vacuumed and floors mopped
- Deep Cleaning (includes regular cleaning and dependent on extras agreed upon beforehand)
- Common Areas/ Bedrooms: Windows wiped, Inside cabinets
- Kitchen: inside fridge, oven, microwave oven
- Bathrooms: tile grout scrubbed, waste basket sanitized, baseboards hand wiped
